1 General Provisions

xe666 ("we", "platform") is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. Where these Terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

By registering on the platform, you confirm that:

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. xe666 reserves the right to close all accounts and seize balances if one person is found to be operating multiple accounts. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. xe666 will not be held responsible for any third-party activity if your account details have been shared with others.

2.4 KYC (Identity Verification)

As part of account verification, we may request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving license. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xe666 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). It is your responsibility to provide the correct amount and payment details at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, we reserve the right to investigate and cancel it if necessary. Accounts linked to money laundering or any other illegal activity will be permanently closed.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times (25x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to registered and verified accounts only.
• Each person, address, or device is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Misuse of bonus offers (arbitrage betting, coordinated betting, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

xe666's VIP program has four tiers. Members move up based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited to accounts every Monday within a set time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

xe666 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Advance notice will be provided where applicable.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on xe666 is conducted on the principles of fairness and transparency. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted unintentionally due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel it.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses as a group.
• Attempting to secure guaranteed profit from bonuses by betting against yourself.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.

5.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs and our server records will be considered final evidence. To raise a dispute, you must contact us via live chat or email within 72 hours of the result.
